What is included with registration?
Your registration includes access to the Extravaganza AI Immersive Experience program, immersive activations, networking opportunities, and the official After Party. VIP guests will also enjoy exclusive networking, liqueur tastings, and sponsor access.
Where is the event located?
The event will take place at Luxtrium Event Venue in Houston, TX. The exact Google Maps link will be sent to you in your confirmation email once you complete registration.
What is the schedule?
- 5:30 PM – VIP Experience begins and Special Guests may enter the venue
- 7:00 PM – Main program begins (no entry will be allowed once the event has started; all attendees must be seated)
- 8:00 PM – Closing of the immersive experience, followed by After Party & media interviews
What is the dress code?
Business or cocktail attire preferred, white.
Are seats limited?
Yes. Due to the nature of the immersive setup, seating is strictly limited. Registration is required in advance, and entry will close once capacity is reached.
